Mold is ubiquitous in nature, and mold spores are a common component of household and workplace dust. However, when mold spores are present in large quantities, they also can present a health hazard to humans, potentially aggravating asthma causing attacks, allergic reactions and respiratory problems.

Other types of mold also produce mycotoxins that can pose serious health risks to humans and animals. Studies claim that exposure to high levels of mycotoxins can lead to neurological problems and in some cases death.

We do a complete Pre-Inspection to identify any area contaminated in the HVAC Furnace System, we also do mold testing when necessary. This test can be conducted for an additional fee. We collect visible spores from contaminated areas to determine the specific mold types. (Aspergillus, Cladosporium, Stachybotrys).

Air Mold Testing is required if spores are present in large quantities. To ensure quality work we vacuum the housing unit, cleaning blower, blinds and restore the cooling coil using evaporator foam cleaner. After this, we blow and vacuum the cooling coil using 24.4CFM air compressor. We will clean the condensation drain pan and sweep and vacuum the HVAC  system. Finally we perform cold fogging of HVAC system using EnviroCon Natural Product based EPA approved 9804-3; which is non-toxic, no alcohol, no activation required, no odor, no residues, no fumes, easy to apply, environmentally safe, and no evacuation is required.
