Service and Customer Acknowledgment
Upon the completion of the requested service, the customer will inspect the work that was conducted. The customer will have the opportunity to review the work and agree that the work was successfully completed.
Our technicians provide evaluations based on their expertise, ensuring that chimneys, furnaces, and dryer vents are cleaned without impacting mechanical or electrical components. For bird removal services, we comply with Maryland Department of Natural Resources and federal guidelines. Our maintenance services come with a standard 30-day guarantee. However, chimney repair services are only extendable up to 3 months based on the scope or scale to work. Should any issues arise due to provider error, complimentary adjustments may be offered, though we are not responsible for any prior or subsequent conditions. Deposits or down payments are refundable only within 72 hours of contract execution, after which they become non-refundable.
Giross Chimney and Duct LLC, is committed to protecting customer privacy, and your personal credit/debit card information will not be shared. For any card payment transaction, disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion. After this time frame, disputes will not be refundable.
Cancellation Terms
For any service visit that incurs a cost, payment is due upon completion and must be made directly to the technician or the office. Giross Chimney and Duct LLC, does not offer post-service billing. Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, check (in person or by phone), and cash.
Please note, we maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy to ensure efficient scheduling and timely service for all clients. Appointments booked with less than 24 hours’ notice are immediately subject to this policy. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment.
Failure to provide adequate notice, or failure to be present for your appointment, will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
